- Picks and activity: the picks you submit, league participation, and standings history.
- Device token: an Expo push notification token used to send you pick reminders and results notifications.
- Profile photo: if you choose to upload one.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the app — displaying your picks, standings, and league activity to you and your league members.
- To send push notifications about pick deadlines, weekly results, and awards.
- To send transactional emails such as password reset codes.
- To improve the app and diagnose technical issues.
Information Shared With Others
Your username, display name, picks, and standings are visible to other members of leagues you join. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Expo (expo.dev) — push notification delivery.
- Render (render.com) — cloud hosting for our backend.
- Mailgun (mailgun.com) — transactional email delivery.
- The Odds API (the-odds-api.com) — sports odds data.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
Grouplay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
